Λίγα λόγια σχετικά με την Lotka-Volterra:
Η Lotka-Volterra είναι μια συναυλιακή ομάδα η οποία συστάθηκε από άτομα που αποτελούν κομμάτι του ευρύτερου αναρχικού/αντιεξουσιαστικού χώρου της Κέρκυρας και βασικός μας στόχος είναι η διοργάνωση αυτοοργανωμένων συναυλιών.
Θεωρούμε ότι η παρακολούθηση μιας συναυλίας δεν αποτελεί προνόμιο όσων έχουν την οικονομική δυνατότητα, αλλά είναι δικαίωμα όλων, γι’αυτό και προωθούμε έναν διαφορετικό τρόπο διασκέδασης χωρίς να εξαρτόμαστε από ειδικούς του είδους, μάνατζερς, σεκιουριτάδες, χορηγούς και επαγγελματίες.
Για τον λόγο αυτό τα έξοδα των συναυλιών (μεταφορικά των συγκροτημάτων, ο ηχητικός εξοπλισμός κ.α) θα καλύπτονται από το κουτί οικονομικής ενίσχυσης του εγχειρήματος το οποίο θα βρίσκεται στο χώρο της εκδήλωσης αλλά και από το μπάρ. Για εμάς το D.I.Y. είναι πολιτική επιλογή και σίγουρα όχι ένα “τζάμπα live’’, αλλά μια εκδήλωση η οποία στήνεται με την βοήθεια όλων (συγκρότημα, κοινό, συναυλιακή ομάδα), καταργώντας στην πράξη τον διαχωρισμό μεταξύ κοινού – καλλιτέχνη καθώς και τα rock star πρότυπα όπου το συγκρότημα είναι απλά ψυχαγωγός ο οποίος έρχεται, πραγματοποιεί το live του και φεύγει.
Σαν ομάδα ξεκαθαρίζουμε ότι οποιαδήποτε σεξιστική, ρατσιστική, ομοφοβική ή φασιστική συμπεριφορά αλλά και η διακίνηση ναρκωτικών ουσιών στον χώρο της εκδήλωσης θα αντιμετωπίζονται ανάλογα.

A few words about “Lotka-Volterra”
“Lotka-Volterra” is a group that organizes music concerts and it is set up by people of the wider anarchist and antiauthoritarian movement of Corfu, Greece. Our main goal is to organize self-organized concerts.
We believe that the attendance of a concert is not a privilege of those who can afford it only, but it is everyone’s right, for that we promote a different way of entertainment, without depending on specialists, managers, security guards, sponsors and professionals in general.
For these reasons, the cost of the concerts (transportation of the bands, the audio equipment, etc.) will be covered by the bar and the free contribution box which will be located at the event area. For us the “d.i.y.” it is a political choice and certainly not a “free live”, but rather an event that is set up with the help of all (music band, audience, concerts group), abolishing in practice the separation between audience/artist as well as the rock stars standars where the band is just an entertainer who comes, performs the live and leaves.
As a group we clarify that any sexist, racist, homophobic or fascist behavior and drug trafficking in the events area will be treated accordingly.

Unas palabras sobre “Lotka-Volterra”
“Lotka-Volterra” es un grupo que organiza conciertos de música y esta compuesto de gente del movimiento anarquista y antiautoritario deCorfú, Grecia. Nuestro objetivo principal es organizar conciertos auto-organizados.
Creemos que la audiencia en un concierto no es un privilegio de los que pueden permitírselo, pero es un derecho de todos, porque promovemos un modo diferente de diversión, sin dependerse de especialistas, gerentes, guardias de seguridad, patrocinadores y profesionales en general.
Por estas razones, el costo de los conciertos (transporte de las bandas, equipo de audio, etc.) se cubrirá por el bar y la caja de contribución gratuita que estará ubicada en la zona del evento. Para nosotros el “diy” es una elección política y ciertamente no un “concierto gratis”, sino un evento que se establece con el apoyo de todos (banda de música, público, grupo de conciertos), aboliendo la práctica la separación entre la audiencia / y el artista como también los estandards “rock star” según cuales la banda es sólo un artista que viene, realiza el concierto y se va.
Como grupo aclaramos que cualquier comportamiento sexista, racista, homofóbico o fascista y tráfico de drogas en la área de eventos será tratado en consecuencia.

Qualche parola su “Lotka-Volterra”
“Lotka-Volterra” è un gruppo che organizza concerti di musica ed e composto da gente del movimento anarchico ed antiautoritario di Corfù, Grecia. Il nostro obbiettivo principale è quello di organizzare concerti autogestiti.Noi crediamo che partecipare ad un concerto non sia un privilegio di chi può permetterselo, ma un diritto di tutti, per questo promuoviamo un diverso modo di divertirsi, non assoggettato a specialisti, manager, buttafuori, sponsors e professionisti vari.Per queste ragioni, il costo dei concerti (trasporto dei gruppi, strumentazione, etc.) viene coperto tramite libero contributo e dalle entrate del bar. Per noi “D.I.Y.” significa una scelta politica e di sicuro non un semplice “concerto gratuito ”, ma un evento realizzato con la partecipazione collettiva (gruppi musicali, pubblico, gruppo che organizza i concerti), eliminando in pratica la divisione tra pubblico / artista e lo stereotipo tipico da “rock star” dove il gruppo ha solo funzione di intrattenimento , scomparendo nel nulla dopo il live.Come gruppo precisiamo che qualsiasi comportamento sessista, razzista, omofobico o fascista e lo spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti nell’ambito degli eventi saranno trattati di conseguenza
